Single Day: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled day. Inside 48 hours, the day is non-refundable, but we'll do our best to move you to another open date.

Explorer Pass & Every-Day Pass: Because your day(s) are locked in to help us staff animal care and creek crews, passes are non-refundable once the season begins. Need to change your locked day? We allow one swap with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
